Terms and conditions

The field is designed for the use of dogs, not children. You will accept full responsibility of your dog(s) and children’s behaviour. We accept no responsibility for any damages, loss or injury that occurs on the field. Whilst our field is secure, we cannot 100% guarantee that it’s not possible for the dog to escape. If you see a hole in the fence of any type, please report it as soon as possible. Please watch over your dog(s) and children at all times. You agree to clear up your litter and/or dog mess, and only 2 cars are allowed in the field at any one time, parking available in Long Lane opposite.

We are unable to give refunds. If you are unable to attend your booking, you may reschedule by informing us by phone or messenger 24 hours before your booking. Bookings are not weather dependent and you will not be entitled to reschedule if you no longer wish to visit due to the weather, unless you give us 24 hours notice. If this is your first time visiting the field, please only book one slot to make sure this is the right place for you and your dog before booking again in advance.

When leaving the field please ensure you have picked up the dog poop your dog has made, before you leave the field, so the field is clean and tidy for the next user. There are bins and free poo bags provided on site. There is a zero tolerance for people who abuse the fields, this will result in a ban for users neglecting the rules. Please discourage your dog from digging the fields as much as possible as this can result in injury for other users and there pets. please also make sure the tap is fully turned off, as we dont want a boggy field.

The full cost of the 55 minutes session is to be paid at the time of the booking. please make sure you vacate the field before the next booking arrives please

All details held on our booking system are secure and confidential to meet GDPR regulations and will not be used outside of Landywood K9 Fields or our booking system. If you no longer require our services and wish us to remove your details, please email info@landywoodk9fields.co.uk

XL Bullies

XL bullies are allowed in the field on the following basis:-

1. The dog must be registered with the index of exempt dog (IED) and a copy is obtained and provided to us.
2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us.
3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times.
4. The dog is neutered – in line with the government rules. Proof needed.
5. The dog is micro chipped. Proof needed.
6. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field.
7. The dog is put back on the lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field.
8. You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field.

Declaration

I have read, understood and agree to abide by the rules, terms and conditions of Landywood K9 Fields as mentioned on our web site. I accept that the use of these facilities are at my own risk and  my dog’s behavior which are my sole responsibility and no claim can be made against Landywood K9 Fields or the landowner. I also agree to the use of my data as defined in the GDPR Privacy Notice section in the Landywood K9 fields website. I also accept that Landywood K9 Fields accept no liability, no losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses or other liability incurred by the client hiring the use of field. I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them in respect of the use of Landywood K9 fields and agree to follow the current Covid-19 regulation set by the UK government.
